Tier 3 routes execute inside a hardware-attested enclave (TEE). Inputs and outputs are sealed end-to-end. The chip itself proves to your client that the right code is running on the right hardware — Necito never sees the payload.

  Every Tier 3 node signs a measurement of its enclave. Mismatched code is auto-quarantined.

  Payloads are encrypted to the enclave's key. Even the host process can't decrypt them — and neither can Necito.
• Routed away on failure

  If attestation expires or the chip is compromised, the router moves traffic to another T3 node within seconds.

  Use Tier 3 when prompts touch PII, financial records, source code, or anything you wouldn't paste in a public chat.
